Information systems maintenance and service manager

About the practice

Nature of work

  • Receiving customer requests by e-mail, phone;
  • Analysis and registration of customer needs and incidents;
  • Communication on IS support, development issues with the team and interested people;
  • Testing and configuration of information systems and preparation of test reports;
  • Preparation of project administration documents;
  • Assistance to project managers and other work related to the development and maintenance of projects.


  • Higher or post-secondary education in an IT area;
  • Computer literacy, experience in working with content/document management systems;
  • Fluent Lithuanian language, both oral and written, and good English knowledge;
  • Good organisational and time-planning skills;
  • Excellent clerical knowledge;
  • Knowledge of businesslike communication rules, the ability to communicate in a pleasant manner, good organisational skills;
  • Quick orientation, ability to manage large amounts of information simultaneously;
  • Responsibility, diligence, independence, attentiveness.

It would be an advantage if you had this experience:

  • Testing experience;
  • Basics for working with design / layout applications (e.g. Photoshop).
