Responsibilities
- Assessment of business and technological needs;
- Identification of areas for software improvement;
- Assessment and selection of new technological solutions;
- Development of systems architecture;
- Definition of technical requirements;
- Development of systems design documentation;
- Evaluation of acceptance of a developed product.
Requirements
1. Higher university education in the field of IT;
2. At least 2 years of experience in the position of a system analyst/architect;
3. At least one successfully implemented project according to the developed design solution;
4. Good knowledge of legal and technological requirements for state information systems;
5. Knowledge of PMP, Scrum (Agile) project management methodologies;
6. Good written and linguistic knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
! The advantage would be a certificate confirming the qualification of an analyst and/or architect.
