About project

A representative website has been created for the Money Museum, where visitors can register for online tours, and there are registration management tools for museum staff. The website presents the museum in detail, publishes information about exhibitions, expositions, events and education. Visitors are invited to share their experience of visiting the museum by leaving a comment in the guest book, which is shown as a dedicated page on the website.

The functionality of registrations for the tours was created using SystemSight que – a queue management system software. It has the following functions installed:

  • Creation of excursions and management of parameters (rules) of the registrations;
  • Form for accepting registration for the tour and its configuration tools;
  • Process of registration for tours and accounting for free times (queue formation);
  • Automatic e-mail messages to customers;
  • Possibilities for editing and cancellation of registration data;
  • Calendar of registrations (days, weeks, months);
  • Registration management (edit, creation, automatic or manual approval depending on settings);
  • Reports and statistics on the services provided;
  • Dynamic classifications (used in the registration form for the collection of data on participants and used for the formation of reports on services provided and analysis of statistical data).

The following services have been provided in the course of the project:  Alternative design concepts have been created, the requirements for technical architecture and functionality of the website have been developed, the website user interface has been designed and graphic design has been created, adaptive user interface and websites have been programmed, the content management system has been installed, its components and functions have been programmed, the tests have been carried out, the website has been installed in the customer’s technical infrastructure, the educational material has been prepared, and the staff of the institutions have been trained. Development, maintenance and aftersales services have been provided.
